Is there a limit on how many learners we can have?
No. Every plan has unlimited registered learners. What a plan sets is how many people can be signed in at the same moment: up to 50 on Starter, up to 500 on Professional, and what you need on Enterprise. Example: an association with 10,000 members can register all 10,000. If no more than 50 are online together, Starter is enough. If 300 log in together the week before a renewal deadline, choose Professional.
What happens if more people sign in than our plan allows?
Nobody is locked out, and nobody is cut off in the middle of an exam. A short spike, such as a webinar or exam morning, is fine. If you go over your plan's number regularly, we show you the figures and suggest the next plan up, and your courses, learners and records move with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional start with a 15-day free trial with no credit card. You get the full platform, and you are only charged if you choose to continue.
Is there nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Registered nonprofit organizations, NGOs and government bodies get 20% off every hosted plan, on top of annual billing, plus a 60-day trial instead of 15 days. See who qualifies and how to claim.
What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
We run both for you, and both have every feature. Starter puts your logo and colors on a MyPass web address and allows up to 50 people signed in at once. Professional is fully white label on your own web address (such as learn.yourorg.org), allows up to 500 people signed in at the same time, and adds extra monitoring, priority support and free help moving from your current LMS.
Can MyPass be white-labeled?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise are fully white label: your own web address, your logo and colors, certificates with your branding, and no MyPass branding for your learners. Starter carries your logo and colors on a MyPass web address.
