Using MyPass LMS
- By creating an account or using MyPass LMS, you agree to follow our Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Accounts
- Keep your login safe — you’re responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or provide false info.
Subscriptions & Payments
- MyPass LMS works on a subscription/credit model.
- Fees are charged based on your selected plan.
- Payments are non-refundable (unless required by law).
Your Content
- You own your training materials and data. We only use them to provide the service. You’re responsible for making sure your content is legal and doesn’t violate others’ rights.
Our Rights
- All software, design, and branding of MyPass LMS belong to Kprise. Please don’t copy, hack, or resell our platform.
Prohibited Use
- Don’t upload harmful files, spam, or try to break the system.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules. If terminated, your access to the LMS ends immediately.
Liability Disclaimer
- We work hard to keep MyPass LMS secure and reliable, but it’s provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, outages, or losses.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Disputes will be handled by arbitration or local courts.
Updates
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
