For a per-user plan, the estimate is billed users × monthly rate × 12. If your vendor charges by active user, tier, usage, or annual contract, use the billing method that matches your agreement.
Administration cost
The estimate is monthly administration hours × loaded hourly cost × 12. It is displayed separately because this calculator does not assume that switching platforms eliminates all administrative work.
Costs not included
Migration, implementation, integrations, content creation, support, storage, infrastructure, backups, security, and internal technical ownership are not included. Add these costs before making a purchasing decision.
