Our story

Why a 15-year LMS team started over.

For 15 years before Kprise, our team built and ran learning platforms for some of the largest enterprises and education institutions in the world. We saw what worked, what didn\'t, and — most importantly — where the LMS market had stagnated.

The story was the same everywhere: customers paid premium prices for platforms that made simple things hard, gated essential features behind enterprise tiers, and treated AMS integration, audit trails, and customer education like premium add-ons.

So we started over. MyPass LMS is the platform we wish we\'d had: active-user pricing, native AMS integration, real audit trails, AI that earns its keep, and unlimited tenants without per-portal fees. One platform, all audiences, no surprise invoices.

After years of building learning platforms for others, we got tired of telling customers "yes, we can do that — for an extra $40k a year." MyPass is what an LMS should look like when it\'s built for the people running the program, not the people selling the contract.

Per-seat pricing is a tax on growth. Active-user pricing is the only model that respects how real organizations actually use a learning platform.

Compliance is a feature, not a tier.
Audit trails, certification renewal workflows, and regulatory-ready exports come standard on every paid plan. If you\'re running a serious program, you shouldn\'t have to upgrade to get the basics.

AI should save real hours — not look impressive.
Every AI feature in MyPass solves a specific, measurable problem. Course generation, essay grading, proctoring, translation. Not "AI-powered" stickers slapped on existing features.
