Is a quiz really better than a signature?
A signature shows someone was handed the SOP. A short quiz on the critical steps shows they can recall them, and the record keeps the score and the date. For tasks where watching someone do the job matters more than a written answer, pair the quiz with a hands-on session at the machine.
Can different sites and shifts have different SOPs?
Yes. Create groups for each site, line or shift and assign paths to them. Shared procedures, such as hand washing or emergency exits, go to everyone, while site-specific SOPs only go to the groups that need them. Reports filter by group, so you can review each site on its own.
Can SOP training be delivered in other languages?
