Cornerstone Learning Review: Enterprise LMS, AI, Extended Enterprise and Pricing
Cornerstone Learning is the learning management part of Cornerstone's workforce platform, built for large, global and regulated organizations. Here is what it includes, how Cornerstone prices it, and when a smaller LMS is the better buy.
Short answer
Cornerstone Learning is a strong choice if you are a large or regulated employer that wants learning, compliance, skills and talent management from one vendor, in many languages and countries. It is more platform than most mid-size teams, associations or training businesses need, and it is licensed per employee per year with no published prices. If you mainly train customers or members, or want flat pricing, compare it with a lighter LMS.

Who Cornerstone Learning fits
A good fit if you
- Run compliance training across many roles, regions and languages and need evidence for audits
- Want learning, performance, succession and recruiting from one vendor

Cornerstone Learning pricing
Cornerstone does not publish prices. Its packages page says pricing varies by package and asks you to contact sales for a quote. It does explain the model: the Learn+ package and the talent and HR packages built on it are licensed per employee per year, while Intelligence+ and Readiness Agents are priced in bands based on total employee count. Learn+ is the learning foundation and includes a curated content subscription and Role Readiness Academies.
Extended Enterprise+ is listed as an additional solution, and the packages page does not say how it is priced. If you train customers or members, ask how external learners are counted before you compare quotes.
Your total cost will depend on employee count, which packages and agents you add, content subscriptions and implementation services.
